Early Access Membership Terms
What You're Buying
The $25 Early Access Membership fee is a non-refundable marketing/membership fee that gets you:
- $50 in trip credit toward your first Co-Signed trip
- Notification when Co-Signed launches in your city
- Referral bonus eligibility ($100 per friend who books and completes a trip)
Trip Credit Terms
- Expiration: Your $50 credit expires 12 months from purchase OR when the first Co-Signed trip launches in your city, whichever comes first
- Non-transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to another person
- Non-refundable: Credits cannot be refunded for cash
- One-time use: Credit applies only to your first Co-Signed trip booking
Referral Program Terms
- Bonus amount: $100 in trip credit per referred friend who books and completes a trip
- No cap: Unlimited referral bonuses
- Payout timing: Referral credit is issued only AFTER your referred friend's trip departure date
- Referrer requirement: You must book your own Co-Signed trip before referral credits are paid out
- Fraud prevention: Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other circumvention attempts void all credits
City Launch Guarantee
If Co-Signed does not launch a trip serving your city within 18 months of your membership purchase, you are eligible for a full $25 refund. "Your city" is defined as the metropolitan area you selected at purchase. This is the only circumstance under which the membership fee is refundable.
Modifications
Co-Signed reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Changes will be posted on this page and communicated via email.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
- Contact info: Email address, city
- Payment info: Processed securely by Stripe (we don't store card details)
- Usage data: Website interactions via PostHog analytics
How We Use Your Information
- Send you notifications about Co-Signed launches in your city
- Process membership purchases and credit redemptions
- Track referrals and issue bonuses
- Improve our website and services
Information Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- Stripe: For payment processing
- PostHog: For anonymized analytics
- Legal requirements: If required by law
Data Security
Your information is stored securely using Supabase's enterprise-grade infrastructure. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@co-signed.app. Note that deleting your information will forfeit any unused credits.
